FUN AND FITNESS
Today’s kids spend a lot of time sitting and looking at electronic devices. Our Martial Arts & Ninja Obstacle Course Summer Camp for kids in Roseville, Rocklin, and surrounding areas will get them up and moving – and they’ll have a great time doing it! Our camp is a great way to introduce your kids to martial arts, ninja obstacle course training, and other fun activities that will keep them moving and entertained.
Every day they’ll get to engage in age-appropriate activities such as self defense, martial arts games, basic safety skills, weapons training, board breaking, LEGO, Nerf, arts and crafts, and much more. No experience is necessary, and the camps are open to the public. You don’t need to be a member of THE STUDIO to participate.
Plus, we offer adult fitness classes during some camp times so you can work out while the kids have fun!

If your children love movies like “Kung Fu Panda” or TV shows like “American Ninja Warrior,” this is the camp for them! They’ll learn basic martial arts techniques, practice fight scene choreography, explore basic weapons training, discover how to break a board safely, and many other cool opportunities you won’t find at your average summer camp!

No Experience Necessary
Your kids don’t need to know anything about martial arts to attend our summer camp because we offer so much more! Everyone will find activities to enjoy, and we make sure all campers are engaged in age-appropriate activities.
